Alistair is an associate in our San Diego Office. His practice includes patent prosecution and portfolio management (domestic and international), competitive landscape analysis, and patentability, infringement, and invalidity investigations. Alistair represents clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations within a variety of technological fields, including biotechnology, medical devices, electronics, and pharmaceuticals.
Alistair received his J.D. from UC Berkeley Law, where he was a member of and contributor to the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and involved with the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic. Prior, Alistair worked in the biotech industry. As a former bioengineer, Alistair has the ability to quickly understand new technologies and identify key IP issues.
Alistair joined the firm in 2021.
