AnneMarie Kaiser, a partner at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear's San Diego office, has been voted one of the top ten attorneys in San Diego in the category "IP Transactional" by the San Diego Daily Transcript. The feature, which ran in the July 20, 2006 issue, featured those ten attorneys in San Diego that have shown outstanding achievement in the area of intellectual property transactions.
Ms. Kaiser joined Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear in 1992 as an associate, and became a partner four years later. Kaiser currently represents clients seeking intellectual property protection in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. As a result of her patent prosecution and strategic counsel work on behalf of Genentech, Inc., Ms. Kaiser was named one of the ''11 Best Lawyers in the Bay Area'' for patents by Bay Area Lawyer Magazine in 2005. She has also lectured on intellectual property law and has authored several articles for various professional journals, including the LA Daily Journal and the San Diego Daily Transcript.
