He enjoys all aspects of intellectual property law including patent prosecution, litigation and client counseling. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bennett worked as a software applications developer for Global Cloud, Ltd., where he specialized in the development of web-based electronic commerce solutions. Mr. Bennett attended The George Washington University Law School, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Public Contract Law Journal. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bennett worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Edward J. Damich, Chief Judge, of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims where he assisted the Chief Judge in cases involving monetary claims brought against the federal government for breach of contract, patent infringement and Fifth Amendment takings.
