Ms. Katzenellenbogen represents clients with regard to a wide variety of intellectual property matters involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights. Ms. Katzenellenbogen’s practice is primarily divided between high-stakes patent litigation and trademark and counterfeiting disputes. Her cases have involved a range of technologies from mechanical and medical devices to pharmaceuticals. Ms. Katzenellenbogen is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and prosecutes mechanical and medical device patent applications. Prior to attending Harvard Law School, Ms. Katzenellenbogen was employed by CVM Engineers where she was involved in designing steel and concrete structures as well as creating computer models.
