Winn Inc. v. Eaton Corp., CV 03-1568 SJO (PJWx) (C.D. Cal.) The firm represented Winn Inc. in patent litigation and against Eaton Corporation, the parent company of golf grip maker Golf Pride. Leading up to the settlement on the eve of trial, the firm successfully defeated several motions for summary judgment. Since the introduction of its polyurethane golf grips in 1996, Winn grips have enjoyed tremendous success in the golf grip market, fueled in part by Winn's quality products and diligence in the protection of its intellectual property rights. Published decision at 272 F.Supp.2d 968 (C.D. Cal. 2003). |
