Patents, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, trade secrets, and rights of publicity are all components of the firm's intellectual property law practice. The firm practices all areas of intellectual property law including client consultation, licensing, preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark, and copyright applications, appeals, oppositions and cancellations and all types of intellectual property litigation.

Because the firm's practice is limited to intellectual property law, the members of the firm frequently work in cooperation with general corporate and business counsel in certain transactional and litigation matters.
