to all non-exempt employees. Below is a brief synopsis of the benefits
currently provided to non-exempt personnel.
PAID TIME OFF
PTO time is to be used for sick, personal, or vacation days. Time is accrued according to the following schedule:
16 days per year for the employee's 1st year of employment.
18 days per year for the employee's 2nd year of employment.
20 days per year for the employee's 3rd through 5th years of employment.
25 days per year for the employee's 6th through 10th years of employment.
30 days per year for the employee's 11th and all subsequent years of employment.
KMOB CARE DAYS
CARE time is intended to provide employees additional time which may be used in increments of eight hours or less to take care of personal obligations.
5 days per year accrued each year up to a total of 40 hours.
HOLIDAYS
Ten paid holidays per year.
MEDICAL INSURANCE COVERAGE
Comprehensive POS and HMO plans are offered to employees and their qualified dependants. The Firm pays a majority of the premium for employees and their qualified dependants.
DENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE
Provided at no cost to those employees enrolled in the HMO medical plan. Made available at a reduced premium for those employees
enrolled in the POS plan.
VISION INSURANCE COVERAGE
Provided at no cost to those employees enrolled in the HMO medical plan. Made available at a reduced premium for those employees
enrolled in the POS plan.
PRESCRIPTION DRUG CARD
Prescription drug coverage offers generic drugs for a $5 co-pay and brand name formulary drugs for a $10 co-pay.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA)
Employees may contribute up to $3000 for Health Care and $5000 for Dependant Care.
RETIREMENT CONTRIBUTION
A discretionary contribution of 3% of employee's annual salary.
401(k) RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN
401(k) contributions are matched at a rate of $.50 for every dollar contributed up to 3% of employee’s annual salary.
